Take PA-283 East
Merger into US-30 East
Take PA-23 East exit
Turn left on New Holland Pike (Route PA-23)
Travel approx. 6 miles east on New Holland Pike (PA-23/West Main Street, Leola)
After going under the crosswalk at Lancaster Laboratories, travel through 4 traffic lights
Turn right on Hillcrest Avenue
 
From Philadelphia
Travel west on the PA Turnpike
Exit using the Morgantown 
Turn left off the turnpike exit
Turn right onto PA-23 West
Travel through the town of New Holland approximately 16.5 miles on PA-23 West to Leola 
Turn left on Hillcrest Avenue
 
From Baltimore
Take I-83 North/I-695 East
Take I-83 North exit towards Timonium/York PA (exit #24)
Merge I-83 North
Take Arsenal Rd/Us-30 East exit (exit #21A)
Continue on Arsenal Rd/US-30 East
Take the PA-23 East exit
Turn left on New Holland Pike (Route PA-23)
Travel approx. 6 miles east on New Holland Pile (PA-23/West Main Street, Leola)
After going under the crosswalk at Lancaster Laboratories, travel through 4 traffic lights
Turn right on Hillcrest Avenue
 
From Allentown:
Take US-222 South
Take the Us-422 East ramp towards Pottstown
Merge on US-422 East
Continue on US-222 South/US-422 East
Continue on US-222 South
Take the PA-772 exit towards Brownstown/Rothsville
Turn left on PA-772 and travel approximately 3.5 miles
Turn left on PA-23 (West Main Street, Leola)
Travel approximately .4 miles
Turn right on Hillcrest Avenue
